Recording

It is critical to record our Sangha Community events.
Anytime the Zendo and/or Sangha is acting in official capacity
there shall be a recording recorded of its entirety.
This includes services, meditation, and other events.
If there is doubt about whether something should be recorded,
it shall be recorded in entirety and reviewed with the senior members of
The Order of The Supramundane Way at the next available meeting.

Recording these events is for our protection and
should be seen first as record keeping,
second as a teaching tool,
and third as an opportunity to share with Sangha members who were unable to attend.

Attendees have the ability to request that recordings of their voice and/or person
not be posted to the internet. In these cases,
they shall formally request this desire at the time of the event.

Exception: The recordings of participants during the Dhanaparamita (Sangha Sharing)
will remain in record and shall never be made public
due to the confidential nature of personal details.
