The Founder

The Founder may offer guidance in any matter.
The Founder shall be Ann Tjhung, known as Teiko Shoun in the Dharma.
She shall serve as a guide and Venerated Zen Master until either her resignation or death.

The Founder may delegate all or any of their powers, rights, and obligations under this document.
Under supervision of the Founder, the person or people appointed
may perform any acts or services for The Order that the Founder approves.

The role that is Founder, shall not be appointed to any other person.
