Council Meetings

The Council shall meet once per week to discuss business and vote on proposed motions.
Council Members may attend such meeting by telephone conference or similar communications equipment,
provided all of the Council Members participating at the meeting can hear each other at the same time.
Council voting shall only take place when all Council Members are present.

Each Council meeting shall have documented meeting minutes.
Meeting minutes shall include but are not limited to:
old items, pending items, new items, announcements, voting, and notes.
Meeting minutes shall be made available to each Council Member within the 2 days of the meeting.

Any Council Member may call an impromptu meeting of the Council
to discuss or vote upon any matter with advanced notice.
Such notice shall include a description of the specific purpose of the meeting
and any actions proposed to be voted upon by the Council Members at the meeting.
