Decision Making & Governance

Decisions are made by consensus or majority vote of the Council.
Each member of the Council shall have equal weight in any vote.

Conflicts shall be resolved through neutral dialogue and practice of Supreme Bodhi meditation.
If there are conflicts that cannot be resolved by means of dialogue, it shall be resolved by a majority vote of the Council.

Amendments to this document, as well as adaptation or amendments to any other procedural documents,
shall require a majority vote by the Council.

In carrying out duties and exercising powers under this document,
The Council will be required to exercise reasonable skill, care, and judgment.
