Mission Statement

We strictly adhere to the Buddha’s teaching, as given in the Surangama Sutra, translated by Charles Luk.

All our Liturgy and practice guidelines are directly from the Surangama Sutra, translated by Charles Luk.

We believe the true origin of arising of peace and wellbeing is Supreme Bodhi, as defined and taught by the Buddha in the Surangama Sutra, translated by Charles Luk.

Our goal is to experience Supreme Bodhi at all times, first with effort and then without effort.

We believe in the importance of the Three Jewels:

1. The Buddha’s teachings, as given in the Surangama Sutra.

2. The Dharma, as we are called to experience Supreme Bodhi.

3. The Sangha for expedience, support, and oversight.
